• Holding/Application fees may apply
• Credit check required
• Sign a 12 month lease
• Some units may require a two year lease

• Security Deposit is 1.5 months rent
• Rent is Due on the 25th of every month
• Rents range from $950-$1550 a month
• Make Rent Payable to "Morgan & Nelson"

• All units have gas heat or gas fired hot water heat.

• Each unit has one assigned parking space
